Taking charge has never been my forte, but knowing the challenges that proceed ahead of me I know I have to start taking control. There are so many adaptations I must make and I plan to make those by getting in a good group of friends, asking for help when I need it, and knowing how to balance school, work, and a social life. Once I have settled into living away from home and with a roommate I can find a group who like and value the same things as me. Although, differences are inevitable it won’t matter because that is how friends get closer. When school gets tough, and it will, I will need to ask for help. Even if I always deny the fact that I need extra help with a class college will change that. Balance is key because it will keep my sanity and my grades will stay high. Just doing school work all the time will get over whelming, so taking breaks will give my brain a breather. It will also help focus when going back to work.
